One word: FACEBOOK! – yup, I said it! Whether you are a “Facebooker” or not, your customers, past present and future, are on it every day!

What you need to ask yourself is, do you want to “meet them where they are”, when they are receptive and open to communication? Or do you want to chase them down Sunday morning when they are gardening and they see you coming down the street with your notepads, then they quickly stop what they are doing, dash into the house and close down the garage door!! You KNOW that happens! I’ve been there, done that.. and have the scars to prove it!
